RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At TheFandomSmith, each piece is carefully handcrafted and produced in small batches. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

Non-returnable items:

  • Custom or made-to-order personalized items

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer

CUSTOM ORDERS

All custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Custom pieces go through:

  • Design briefing

  • Sketch & CAD approval

  • Production approval

Once approved and produced, the item is considered final.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include:

  • Clear photos

  • Video (if possible)

We will offer:

  • Replacement (preferred solution)

  • Refund (only if replacement is not possible)

RETURN SHIPPING

  • If the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item), we cover return shipping

  • For all other returns (e.g. change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect the return:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 3–7 business days

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
